Job description

Inpatient Pharmacists- Northern Arizona

Dependable Staffing is currently recruiting pharmacists with at least 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacist experience to work in a hospital pharmacy setting. Start date will be upon completing application and on-boarding process. Schedule rotation 7on / 7off, 8pm-8am for 13 week assignment with probability of extending or temp to permanent.

Job Duties :

Data entry

Identify Medication interactions / duplicates

Assess patient disease state, renal function, drug therapy

Follow aminoglycoside & renal dosing

Assess TPN, calculate formula

Counsel patient on use, side effects and interactions of medications

Demonstrate knowledge of Critical Care drug dosing

Knowledgeable in admixture process, equipment, technique

Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

Current Arizona Pharmacist License, active & good standing
Minimum 1 year recent inpatient experience
Current Immunization records
Current AHA BLS

Lodging and mileage compensation available for in state travel positions.
