Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical, operational, and leadership skills within a hospital or healthcare setting. Specific requirements include:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree required
Current pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for reciprocity)
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospital pharmacy, including leadership or management roles
Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary pharmacy team
Strong knowledge of compounding, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards
Demonstrated skills in operations management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
