About the Position:
The VA Hospital in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide exceptional care to Veterans who have served our country.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
- Perform orthopedic surgeries and manage postoperative care.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring medical residents and students.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic medicine.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic surgery, patient care, and clinical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
