Job description
A company is looking for a Hospital Care Coordinator to manage patient care coordination and business development within healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for hospital personnel to coordinate DME and respiratory equipment deliveries
Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and promote services
Monitor referrals and ensure compliance with medical documentation and insurance requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in medical supply, home medical equipment, or related healthcare industries
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis codes
Proven experience in customer service and relationship-building within a healthcare setting
Sales experience in a healthcare or medical-related field is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
