Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. Harbor a profound passion for the restaurant industry, attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Possess a solid sense of service, capable of leading by example and inspiring the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management : Comprehensively oversee the restaurant's daily operations, encompassing staff scheduling, timekeeping, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Customer Service Supervision : Monitor and enhance the quality of customer service, promptly addressing customer complaints, and striving for the utmost customer satisfaction.
- Food Quality Control : Collaborate intimately with the culinary team to supervise the food preparation process, guaranteeing that food quality adheres to restaurant standards.
- Cost Control : Efficiently manage restaurant costs, including ingredient procurement, inventory control, and energy usage, conducting regular profit assessments and proposing enhancement strategies. Identify ways to cut costs, eliminate inventory shrinkage, and reduce food spoilage.
- Profit Analysis : Develop realistic budgets with the team, using historical data to forecast future financial plans. Analyze financial and consumer data reports.
- Event Planning & Execution : Plan and implement promotional events, festivals, and celebrations, elevating the restaurant's brand image and market presence.
