Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced I / T Leader to oversee our organization's technology needs - Both infrastructure and systems. This role reports to the Elevated Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team, while also being active to manage our Elevated platforms, infrastructure, and I / T operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling technology support teams from the ground up while strategically leveraging corporate and partner-enabled technology services to drive efficiency and innovation.
This role is uniquely positioned as part of both the business leadership team and the technology leadership team , ensuring that technology strategy is aligned with operational and corporate objectives while driving innovation across the company.
This position is based on-site at our Tampa, Florida office (hybrid work arrangement), fostering a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's operational goals.
- Participate as a key member of the business leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy, growth, and decision-making.
- Act as a member of the technology leadership team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with broader APi I / T initiatives.
- Build and scale a technology team to support evolving business needs, prioritizing agility and efficiency.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends and mergers & acquisition opportunities.
