Who we are looking for :
An individual called to ministry, to be the face and point leader of a Lakepointe Church Community Campus. This individual will primarily function as the embodiment of the church’s vision at a local level.
How you’ll make an impact :
- Pastor the local campus.
- Develop and drive the campus outreach strategy.
- Identify community needs and mobilize the campus to serve.
- Leadership and development of campus staff and volunteers.
- Manage campus budget.
- Reproduce the DNA of Lakepointe at the local campus level.
- Weekend readiness.
- Serve as Host for weekend services.
- Develop Life Groups.
- Spearhead Next Steps Class and Next Step programs.
- Drive campus online presence and strategy.
