We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and detail-oriented Brand Manager with a proven "hunter mentality" to play a crucial role in enhancing our market impact and capturing white-space opportunities in the apparel industry. You will leverage your creativity and strategic mindset to drive net-new business, achieve aggressive sales objectives, and maintain high-level customer relationships. Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for and convert white-space opportunities within the apparel industry; consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Act with a deep sense of urgency to own the end-to-end sales process. Independently create account strategies to deliver on top-line growth and maximize profitability.
  • Influence client business models by identifying and pitching ideal product options. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client success through innovative, expert solutions.
  • Lead the product development process from initial customer briefing to deployment and order acceptance, ruthlessly prioritizing tasks to ensure speed-to-market.
  • Understand and influence customer's business model and objectives to ensure their success.
  • Oversee and manage the product development process from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling).
  • Develop and present global price proposals and escalate price approval in competitive bidding processes.
  • Resolve complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by answering questions and providing detailed information about our services.
  • Strong experience and proficiency in prospecting, social selling, and customer outreach.
  • Participate in store audits, lead customer meetings, and maintain account planners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations.
  • Collaborate across different teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide Associate Brand Managers, acting as a point of escalation and source of guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel industry, product management, or related roles.
  • Proven customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.
  • Strong data analytics skillset to drive decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your leadership skills, blend sales support, client relationship management, and product development into one impactful role. If you're excited about driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships, we strongly encourage you to apply. Your journey with us will be rewarding, both personally and professionally.
