This position is for a remote / hybrid role in the Atlantic Central region.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will :
Lead Recruitment Efforts :
- Drive full lifecycle recruitment for consultants and corporate professionals across the Gulf / Atlantic Central region, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance their performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide recruitment metrics, prioritize top roles, and ensure alignment on business unit needs.
- Foster a positive team environment, establish backup plans for recruiter absences, and lead team catch-up meetings and one on ones with direct reports.
- Assess and balance recruiter workloads, collaborating with other TA Managers and the North America TA Director to drive a culture of workshare.
