  • Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings and provide project updates
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
  • Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and field issues
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
  • Support project delivery by helping maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously across varying stages of construction

Qualifications

  • Experience working on complex commercial or institutional projects
  • Background in an architectural or consulting environment strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and field coordination
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Revit is a bonus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the Midwest; mostly day travel with occasional overnight trips

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience acting as a liaison between design teams and contractors during construction
  • Comfort working in technically complex environments with high expectations for accuracy
  • Ability to anticipate issues in the field and proactively drive solutions
  • Professional presence when working with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong year-end bonus and profit-sharing program
  • 401(k) with guaranteed safe harbor contribution + additional company performance contributions
