A leading law firm is searching for an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney . We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and litigation, with a passion for defending clients against claims in a variety of areas, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability.
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate levels.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
- Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to insurance defense.
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in insurance law.
