The Account Executive for our Small City agencies is a quota-carrying individual responsible for selling Axon’s full suite of products (hardware, software, and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.

This is a hybrid role where you will work in a Boston office located downtown 4 days a week and remote from home on the other days.

What You’ll Do : Location : Remote

Reports to : Inside Sales Manager

Travel expectation : between 25-50%

• Develops and executes regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Outbound and inbound account management.
• Provide effective product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing.
• Promote Axon’s ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions.
• Attend trainings to develop industry expertise.
• Travel to client sites, conferences, and roadshows may be required.

The Pay : The compensation for this role is made up of uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 46,900 in the lowest geographic market and USD 70,300 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD $87,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay and the commissions target for the role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands.
