Just good people working together to help hardworking customers stay safe on the job.What You'll DoCustomer Service & SalesServe as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduled shoe truck visitsHelp employees select safety footwear that meets company requirements and personal comfort needsDeliver an exceptional customer experience through relationship building and personalized serviceBuild trust with customers and strengthen long-term account relationshipsProcess transactions, collect required signatures, and complete customer purchases accuratelyAssist with exchanges, returns, and customer follow-up as neededRoute & Territory ManagementOperate a 26-foot Mobile Shoe Store to pre-scheduled fittings in your assigned regionPerform pre-trip inspections and maintain full DOT compliance at all timesManage daily route schedules to ensure timely and reliable customer visitsCoordinate with account contacts and internal teams before and after appointmentsMaintain accurate route management records and updatesSafely operate a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with federal, state, and local regulationsInventory & Mobile Store OperationsStock and maintain inventory levels on the Mobile Shoe Store based on upcoming customer appointmentsSupport inventory management, merchandising and product presentation within the mobile showroomSet up and prepare the mobile store at customer locations, including safety and operational requirementsMonitor inventory accuracy and replenish stockAssist with shipping, receiving and warehouse activities when requiredWhat We're Looking ForValid CDL B or CDL A required with a clean driving recordExperience in CDL driving, route sales, outside sales or customer-facing rolesAbility to pass a DOT physical and meet all DOT compliance requirementsStrong communication and customer service skills with a focus on relationship buildingComfortable managing independent route responsibilitiesExperience with inventory management, merchandising or account management is a plusAbility to safely operate a tractor-trailer and complete pre-trip inspectionsStrong organizational and route management skillsAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull product as needed throughout the workdayBilingual (Spanish) skills are a plusTravel & ScheduleFull-time positionOvernight travel required depending on territory assignmentAverage travel is 2–3 nights per week, depending on regionHotel accommodations and meals provided during overnight travelCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed first year minimum total compensation of $70,000Average total compensation after first year $75,000-$85,000Company-paid dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance beginning the first of the month after 60 daysMulti-tiered medical insurance plans to choose from (benefits valued at over $10,000 annually)8 paid holidays per yearPTO is available after 90 days, accrued bi-weekly at a rate of 3.08 hours (2 weeks annualized after 1st year).
