Job descriptionMUST be a U.S. citizen. High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, insurance claims, call center environment. Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products. Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet key Service Level standards. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal / written skills and communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills essential, Ability to handle complex situations. Exercises sound judgment when interacting with customers. Must have knowledge of cancellation procedures and ability to process requests as required. Ability to handle customer / client conflicts with professionalism & satisfactory results. Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar and attention to detail a must. Strong knowledge & understanding of forms manager and ability to review terms & conditions on all contracts. Ability to comprehend form verbiage in utilizing accurate completion of a cancellation.

Professional At Home Jobs ( https : / / professionalathomejobs.com ) is now in search for a Remote Cancellation Processor to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE : Full-time; Proofreader
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Process a minimum of 75 cancellations daily.
- Ability to multitask while taking phone calls.
- Copy and mail cancellation checks to dealers / agents (in average 1000 / + per week).
- Ensure documents are linked to the correct contracts.
- Return any documents that do not meet the cancellations requirements back to the dealership, agent, customer or finance company.
- Research all returned checks.
- Review all paperwork pertaining to the customer’s contract, including cancellation dates, repossession letters, and payoffs.
- Respond to emails on a daily basis.
- Ability to adapt & adjust to new and current cancellation changes.
- Other duties as assigned by upper management.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY : $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
