Job Description
The City of Clayton Municipal Courts Department is seeking applicants for the Court Assistant position. The Court Assistant position assists with providing customer service and clerical support to the Municipal Court and Traffic Violations Bureau. This position reports to the Court Administrator.
The City of Clayton is proud to provide world class service levels to a community which values the contributions of the professional team. Comprised of approximately 185 full-time and over 200 part-time and seasonal employees, the average full-time employee tenure is over ten years!
Employee Compensation :
- Competitive starting salary : starting at $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications of the Court Assistant Position :
Preferred Qualifications :
Show-Me Court, IMDS, REJIS and cash handling experience.
Successful candidates for the position will be required to successfully complete additional screening including, but not limited to the following : Background investigation, employment and reference checks, pre-employment drug screening.
