- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Relay project updates between clients and internal teams.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit permit applications to city, county, and state agencies.
- Track permit timelines and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain organized records of permit submissions and revisions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and drafters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist project managers and design staff in gathering documentation for submittals.
- Help organize project files and maintain digital records.
- Support internal scheduling and communication related to permitting milestones.
- MUST HAVE Experience in County submittal packages for permitting and client coordination within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory jurisdictional agencies in Southern California.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
