B.S. in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). 10+ years in civil / site engineering project management . Florida PE license required; PMP, LEED, or ENV SP a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel (10-15%) for site visits and meetings.
