Position Overview :
As a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development Design, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual plans into reality. You'll be responsible for the design and development of various land projects, ensuring they meet both regulatory requirements and our high standards for quality. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.
