Job Description
Civil Engineer
(Industrial Developments | PE Required | Civil 3D Expert)
We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for medium to large-scale industrial developments. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that directly support mission-critical operations, including a state-of-the-art industrial facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site development , including site master planning and site selection.
- Design underground utility routing and plan site space for optimal efficiency.
- Perform hydrology analyses for storm drain system design.
- Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems .
- Prepare final grading plans , including cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans , stormwater pollution prevention plans , and support permit approvals.
- Research and apply Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
- Conduct stormwater analysis and modeling using tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.
