Your Role : :
The Engineer(s) will play a key role in planning and design projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. The individual will participate in land development, water utilities design, and utility infrastructure project design developments, ensuring key deadlines are met, and that project team members and design disciplines work together collaboratively and effectively. Major duties / responsibilities of the position include :
- Support municipal and federal projects, water quality modeling, wastewater and / or stormwater master planning, and state environmental requirements for states in the Southeast.
- Assist with the preparation of feasibility studies, design plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical documents and contracts.
- Assist with design and calculation packages for wastewater plants and pump stations, and related utility systems such as lift stations, SCADA, and stormwater management systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers and scientists on associated work such as water quality and hydraulic modeling.
- Participate in other civil engineering and design pertaining to utilities and land development.
- Mid-level engineers may be assigned project management duties.
- Participate in the professional community and build the Tetra Tech brand.
- Other duties may be assigned.
