Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst 1 to provide support to the Civil Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

Review submitted claim forms for completion and substantial compliance with Program filing requirements. Perform data entry into the Division's Case Information Management System or similar electronic platform. Ensure claim files are appropriately created in paper and electronic formats according to standard operating procedures. Identify and report duplicate claim entries and quality control issues to supervising personnel. Generate and mail standardized letters acknowledging claim receipt.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role:

Ability to successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust. High School Diploma. Ability to pass the CGI Federal background investigation. Proficiency in data entry and experience with Microsoft Office. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of basic fact gathering, problem solving abilities, and the capacity to make viable recommendations for problem resolution. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Hourly Rate: $25.72/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
