A company is looking for a Property Field Adjuster responsible for investigating and adjusting complex homeowner claims.
Key Responsibilities
Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments, and documents all activities in complex files
Required Qualifications
Experience in claims adjusting, particularly with homeowner's claims
Technical expertise in estimating damages on complex first-party homeowner losses
Ability to interpret various policy types and assist in training others
Strong negotiation skills for settlements
Understanding of regulatory compliance in claims practices
