A company is looking for a Medicare Examiner II to support the claim operation by gathering and organizing claim information for processing.
Key Responsibilities
Review correspondence and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to verify reasons for returned checks
Process refunds due to overpayments and ensure proper account crediting
Respond to inquiries and maintain security of refund checks and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Education
Health claims processing experience preferred
Ability to perform intermediate arithmetic calculations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer programs
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
