Comfort Right At Home - Part-Time Sales Representative
Location : Remote / Hybrid (Massachusetts preferred)
Hours : 10 hours per week
Pay : $20 per hour
Comfort Right At Home is seeking a part-time Sales Representative to manage and follow up on leads generated through our referral partners and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and passionate about helping families find quality home care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from referral partners and marketing campaigns
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospective clients
- Qualify leads and gather basic client information
- Schedule consultations and coordinate handoffs to management
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and outcomes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral partners
