Duro-LastMemphis, TN, United StatesDuro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a National Account Representative in the Southeastern United States. This position aims to lead the company's efforts to create, maintain, and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers within a specified territory. The ideal candidate would be located in a metropolis within one of the following states : FL, GA, AL, MS, NC, SC, TN or KY . This is a full-time, salaried based position with additional bonus potential based on commission.
Essential Functions :
Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Maximize business opportunities within assigned customer accounts.
- Learn, promote, and sell the Duro-Last roofing system to prospective customers based in assigned territory.
- Make monthly service contact with all active customer accounts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
- Manage the design specifications for each customer account.
- Working closely with Duro-Last Contractors, General Contractors, and Architects on customer account projects and construction needs.
- Coordinate bid process amongst multiple Duro-Last Contractors, General Contractors, and Customer Accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
