Job description
A company is looking for an Associate Disability Claim Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a block of State Paid Leave and Absence claims ensuring optimal claims handling
Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer relationships
Make timely and accurate decisions regarding claims processing
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management, or related health claim field
Claim / risk management skills and technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
PC skills required, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
