Job descriptionDeliver exceptional service to commercial customers and agents / brokers through empathetic and efficient claims handling Assess and estimate commercial property damages using Xactimate and visual evidence Manage complex commercial property claims, including weather-related and equipment breakdown losses Coordinate investigations and evaluations by engaging with customers, vendors, and experts to seek timely resolutions Maintain accurate records and data reflecting claim circumstances and outcomes, while identifying potential fraud cases Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum three to five years of claims experience, preferably in Commercial Property and field estimating Solid knowledge of commercial property claims and experience conducting physical inspections Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Professional designations related to insurance or claims management IICRC certification and completion of Applied Structural Drying Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software Ability to support Catastrophe (CAT) duty and extended operating hours as needed
