RESPONSIBILITIES
The Claims Consultant’s role is to collaborate effectively with our clients building solid relationships and retaining business. The Consultant works with all Sales Executives, internal Propel staff in
Commercial & Personal Lines Departments and externally with our Clients, Carriers and Vendors. Service timeline focuses on larger Valued, Propel 100, and complex accounts for scheduled Claim Reviews and various presentations.
Duties also include providing claims service for all Propel clients, providing technical expertise and servicing as an advocate on client claim issues. They collaborate independently with clients, consulting large
reserves, coverage issues and other items that have a significant impact on retention and premiums. They also may present to prospects and clients at renewals, stewardship meetings and claim reviews.
Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for clients by communicating regularly with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support claims needs
Consult independently with clients on complex matters such as large reserves, coverage issues, and claim strategies that impact premiums and retention
Prepare, coordinate, and present claim reviews, status reports, and participate in client, prospect, proposal, and RFP presentations
Proactively manage assigned claims inventory, research and resolve coverage issues by reviewing policies, and advocate with carriers while adhering to departmental standards
Collaborate closely with producers, account managers, and leadership on coordinated service delivery, special projects, and departmental goals
QUALIFICATIONS

Salary range is $80K to 105K per year.
