A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas to facilitate resolution
Respond to incoming calls from providers regarding claims inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and documentation of interactions
Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims in a timely manner while meeting department quality and production standards
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role in claims or customer service, preferably within a managed care organization
Research and data analysis skills
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks
Customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
