Job description
A company is looking for an Associate Disability Claims Examiner to manage claims related to leave of absence and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist associates with leave of absence requests and guide them through the process
Process leave of absence paperwork and administer FMLA policy
Provide timely responses to inquiries from associates and management regarding claims
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management
Claim / risk management skills and knowledge in contract interpretation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in PC skills including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated adaptability to changing organizational needs
