Salary : $20.84 hourly / $41,992.60 annually
Hybrid Role : 100% in-office training for 6-9 months; afterwards, 4 days in-office and 1 day work from home per week

Through our comprehensive, paid training program, you'll master the claims process and be fully prepared to assist our policyholders when they need it most — during an accident. In this role, you’ll gather accident facts, investigate claim details, and obtain statements from involved parties. Our customers will rely on your attentiveness, empathetic communication, and problem-solving skills to get them back on the road quickly. Qualifications & Skills :
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, building trust, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong computer multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to improve
- Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Willingness to develop new skills and explore diverse career paths
