On Site Tuesdays and Thursdays as Needed
- Day to day :
- Will rotate monthly on job duties with other claims processors
- Heavy teamwork aspect
- Bulk of their day is processing claim files ->
two day turn around time
if they sent money to providers and it didn't clear the bank for whatever reason
works with employer groups
roughly 12 employer groups that request a special report
