Job Description

This role provides essential support for all Claim Operations activities in accordance with company standards, processes, and workflows. The Claims Administrative Assistant will ensure timely and accurate processing of claims-related documentation, maintain organized records, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $21.00-$22.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
