Job description
A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end process of preparing, validating, and submitting stop loss claims
Oversee daily team operations and establish workflow and quality standards
Develop and maintain standardized filing procedures and identify process gaps for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in a related field preferred
2-3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
8+ years of experience in stop loss insurance, medical claims, or health plan operations
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Experience managing external partner relationships
