About the role

We are looking for a Overnight / Graveyard Shift - Night Cleaner who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Director & Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Work authorization for this location is required.

What you will do

• An Overnight Hotel Night Cleaner : Performs heavy cleaning to keep public areas and employee areas neat and clean.
• Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas
• Maintain supplies and clean all public areas of the hotel including staff areas as assigned by monument.
• Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked each hour as a minimum.
• Assist guests by answering questions.
• Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
• Clean employees' washrooms on all floors including pool area.
• Make out work orders for any deficiencies and bring them to the Housekeeping Department.
• Check guest elevators regularly, clean carpets, mirrors, and polish brass as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Managers.
• Every hour, check driveway and sidewalks for cleanliness.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance - ensuring that your uniform is clean and presentable all times.
• To be responsible for collecting and signing for work sheets and review it for any questions.
• Get a master key at the start of duty. Report any loss of key immediately to supervisor and Security; Return the key always before leaving the property.
• Be familiar with the Emergency, Fire and Safety Procedures;
• Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Carries out any other related duties as specified by your Supervisor.
• Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
• Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
• Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
