POSITION TITLE : Office Cleaner

SALARY : $$9 / hr (per qualification, experience, reliability, etc.)

BASIC FUNCTION : Manage cleanliness of commercial accounts on a part time basis.

SUMMARY :

Many accounts available, each account is between 1-3 hours of work.

Work 1 account or many! YOU DECIDE!

Weekday Mid-day accounts : AVAILABLE !

Weekday Evening accounts : AVAILABLE !

Weekend Anytime accounts : AVAILABLE !

Flexible hours, YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE!

New employees are given 1 account with minimal hours to start. Following positive probationary period, the employee may request additional accounts and hours.

NO FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE CURRENTLY!

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in earning extra money. Adults who are retired or semi-retired are encouraged to apply.

These positions require a reliable adult who is able to work independently and reliably with a good work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS :

No previous experience necessary. Individual will be trained to clean commercial account according to company standards.

Must have reliable personal transportation

Must be a US Citizen

Must speak English

Must pass background, drug & reference checks

Must be able to lift 35 pounds and must be able to climb stairs

Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Wipe down surfaces

Wash front windows & door

Vacuum

Remove trash & replace bags

Mop floors

Clean bathroom surfaces & toilets
