Description
CORPORATE CLEANING GROUP WANTS YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
We are a commercial cleaning company seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a school in Ann Arbor
Shift is : Monday-Friday 4 : 00 pm-10 : 00 pm (30 hours per week)
Pay $17 - $18 an hour
Cleaning Supervisor Duties Include :
- Communicate with customers on any special cleaning needs or issues
- Insuring all procedures and policies are followed by cleaning staff
- Train and retrain staff on cleaning
- Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
- Responsible to make sure the staff is following job cards
- Set agenda for the week on any special needs or focus
- Perform inspections and do follow-up inspections
- Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours
- Communicating all matters to their manager and some matters via communication log
- Working side by side with cleaners
- Making sure all lights are off and the facility is locked and secure
- Filling in and completing a cleaning shift
- Assisting with detail cleaning as time allows
- Insuring all supplies and equipment are well organized
- Responsible for nurturing positive attitude amongst the staff
