Shift : 1st Shift, Monday through Friday

Job Description : Data Entry :
Accurately input various types of data, including address changes, unclaimed addresses, and deceased members' information into our database.
Verify and cross-check data with source documents for precision.
Detect and correct errors by re-entering data in verification format.
Organize, sort, and verify data before system entry.
Customer Service :
Handle inbound calls, providing high-level, personalized assistance to callers.
Process paperwork, resolve credit card issues, and coordinate with other departments based on callers' needs.
Communicate effectively with members via email to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Essential Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to type accurately at a speed of 55 words per minute.
Previous experience in data entry is essential.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Versatile, adaptable, and capable of multitasking effectively.
High School diploma or equivalent.
