The responsibilities of this job include :
Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions.
Data entry - 50 keystrokes per minute.
Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level. Interpersonal skills,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Performs data entry and general clerical duties.
Maintains a professional demeanor.
Act as liaison with nurses, physicians, and staff.
Ability to interact with patients all day.
Qualifications for this position include :
Two years of experience, a high school diploma or GED.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
Candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent customer service skills.
