Korpack is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the systematic smooth flow of products leaving and entering our facility, directly impacting our efficiency and success.

    • What Youll Do :

    The mission of the role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of orders and shipments. This involves managing the complete lifecycle of order fulfillment, from preparing and packing goods to coordinating with carriers for dispatch and delivery. The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to shipping schedules, and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring that orders are correctly fulfilled and delivered on time.

    Responsibilities :

    Efficient Order Fulfillment

  • SOP follow-through
  • Inventory, Cycle Counting, Reconciliation and Accuracy
  • Adhere to Warehouse Safety and Cleanliness
  • Oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently
  • Adherence to General Shipping Activities
  • Inspect Loading Operations
  • Inventory Reconciliation

    • Accurate Documentation

  • Data Entry into ERP System
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures completely and properly systematically within the ERP and recorded for optimal visibility
  • Manage Packing Lists and Pick Tickets

    • On-Time Shipments

  • Prepare items for shipment
  • Support loading of trucks
  • Coordinator the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods

    • Inventory Management

  • Inventory Accuracy - Verify and maintain records on outgoing shipments
  • SOP items without volume or weight

    • Customer Satisfaction

  • Customer Order Accuracy
  • SOP follow up on all orders to verify the accuracy of count
  • Ability to drive deadlines
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-paced environment and maintain accuracy

    • Other tasks and duties as asked or required.

  • It's a high-paced environment so the ability to process a high volume of shipments and move quickly and accurately is imperative.

    • Required Skills / Experience :

  • Ability to process a high volume of orders / day
  • Experience with TMS / ERP / WMS
  • Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
