We are offering a contract for a potential permanent position at our location in the Construction / Contractor industry. The role of a Billing Clerk involves handling billing and collection operations, administrative duties, and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities :
Handle billing functions using appropriate software.
Oversee collection processes and operations.
Carry out administrative duties as required.
Input data accurately and efficiently.
Support in maintaining customer credit records.
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and collections.
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications.
Maintain a flexible approach to adapt to the company's growth and changes.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the construction / contractor industry
Proficient in various billing functions and billing software
Demonstrated skills in billing collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
Knowledgeable in collection operations and processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
Proven ability in managing collections, with an emphasis on maintaining positive client relationships
Strong understanding of the complete billing process, from generating invoices to receiving payments
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all billing and collection activities adhere to industry standards and company policies.
