Who we are
At Clark Veterinary Hospital, you'll feel the warmth and openness of a small clinic, while having the opportunity and support of a united network. Our ideal candidate is an upbeat, self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Our team is focused on providing a welcoming and educational environment for clients and pets. This experience starts when the client walks through our door and speaks with our Client Service Representatives. This full-time position would require 30-40 hours per week, including some weekends and Holidays.
Role Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Schedule appointments
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately
- Ensure the lobby is clean and organized
- Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health
- Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bond
