Job title : Liquidity Client Advisor / Client Service Advisor
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Remote position but candidates must be close to Phoenix, AZ to go in the office one day a week)
Duration : 6 Months contract
Pay range : $25 / Hr to $27 / Hr on W2
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- The Liquidity Client Advisor will support the first line client experience by providing client on-boarding, account serving and relationship management to Client Asset Management (SAM) and other Liquidity Management clients.
- The LCA will work with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions to client requests and inquiries and will be able to confidently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver as promised, effectively prioritize, and escalate issues and / or seek guidance before issues impact clients or grow larger.
