Are you passionate about assisting people with the “behind the scenes stuff” so that they can be fully engaged with their job? As a Labor Relations Advisor , you will play a key role in the Human Resources Department at the Omaha, NE Plant. With your passion for people, you’ll partner with the plant staff including Supervisors, Union Representatives and Hourly employees as appropriate, to drive plant engagement and playing a key role in employee accountability.  Excited for what lies ahead?

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Set the Pace - You'll drive the overall management of Employee Relations activities for the plant including : Handling employee complaints, employee grievances, employee discipline and promoting and expanding positive employee relationships on-site.
• Collaboration is Key - You'll serve as liaison between Front Line Leader’s, Hourly Employees, and others as appropriate.
• Fresh Thinking - You'll partner with front line supervisors in HR policy, conflict resolution, relationship building, employee / labor relations, etc. which will require a high level of discretion and independent operation.
• Agility - You'll assist with other HR Generalist activities not defined including employee engagement activities, crew scheduling, labor relations meetings, etc.

Salary Range : $70,752 - $97,284
