Position Responsibilities :
Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting cancer centers and Academic Medical Centers, with a focus on increasing revenue.
Revenue Growth : Drive substantial revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Pitch efficiency gains to potential clients to highlight the value proposition.
Deal Closure : Serve as the primary closer for significant deals. Focus on deal throughput rather than merely building relationships.
Market Focus : Identify key markets and clients to target while advising on where to focus efforts and where not to, utilizing Sales 101 principles to streamline the sales process.

Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a high-growth startup environment.
Industry Knowledge : Extensive experience selling into cancer centers
Sales Skills : Exceptional hunter seller mentality with a strong ability to close deals. Deep understanding of how to get deals through the sales pipeline efficiently.
Networking : Well-established network within the healthcare and IT sectors.
Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify key markets and focus efforts effectively.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications :
Advanced degree preferred.
