About the Role
Provides exceptional client experience by enhancing communication and building strong relationship with clients.
What You'll Do Here
- Support Business Development (BD) and work as an internal resource to provide requested information.
- Review client request for proposals for completeness and interact with clients to gather required information to accurately price requests
- Interact with and solicit internal Technical Review for feedback on requests for proposals as needed
- Draft study designs utilizing internal templates, entering Sales Force and manage progress to costing completion
- Track Progress of Request for Proposals and drive completion
- Generate package documents supporting proposal presentation.
- Act as a back-up to Business Development to present bids to clients.
- Monitor scope changes and provide associated budget in a timely manner.
- Monitor timely contract, contract modification and invoice issuance.
- Schedule and lead internal hand-off meetings between BD, project management, study directors, contributing scientists and other pertinent operational staff to ensure key information on the client's program is shard and clearly communicated among the organization.
- Assist in the maintenance of Ask Albert client database with client preferences.
- Support Business Development prospecting efforts to identify and contact new clients.
- Provide backup support for other Client Manager(s).
- Participate in program calls between Program management and Clients as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer :
The pay range estimated for this position is $75,510 - $100,680. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
