Client Intake Specialist – Law Firm

Location : West Los Angeles, CA (Remote / Hybrid – Occasional Office Attendance Required)

Pay Rate : $25 - $31 / hr (Direct Hire)

Role Overview

Vaco LA is partnering with a respected law firm in West Los Angeles to find a Client Intake Specialist to manage the intake process for new clients. This role is ideal for a professional, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in client intake within a legal or professional services setting . The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options, but candidates must be local to Southern California for occasional in-office appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming potential client calls professionally and efficiently.

Input and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Assist attorneys in collecting and verifying documentation needed to qualify leads.

Schedule calls and consultations with qualified leads.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in client intake or a similar role.

Prior experience in a law firm strongly preferred ; professional services experience required.

Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry required.

Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette a must.

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred .

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
