Required Skills & Experience

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to help new and existing clients by answering their questions and guiding them through every step of the process from the day they sign paperwork to the day that their completed plan has been implemented. This includes prepping and submitting account opening paperwork, doing 401(k) calls and submitting transfer paperwork to begin the process of transferring funds to our platform, tracking the onboarding process and providing updates to the advisors as necessary, and assisting with plan implementation.
This Client Relations Specialist will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisors for Client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and / or monthly tasks may include :
Compensation : $30-40 / hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
