Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake meetings for potential clients
- Meet with clients to review and sign documents
- Schedule client meetings for attorney
- Secure speaking engagements for attorneys to present on estate planning
- Draft wealth inventories in Excel for clients
- Attend marketing events on behalf of the law firm
- Secure reviews from satisfied clients
- print and prepare binders for delivery
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
Qualifications
