Responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence: Handle daily administrative tasks and contribute to internal documentation updates.
Inventory & Logistics: Maintain accuracy and clarity in shipping and receiving both store and customer merchandise.
Sourcing: Research and source quality gems and metals.
Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for the customer experience, engaging daily with clients, staff, and suppliers.
Process Management: Maintain constant attention to detail and systems flow to ensure consistent delivery of expectations.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
